book signings
I've done two book signings so far. The first one was on September 14th at the Roswell Public Library. It was cool. Even the Mayor came. We sold 16 books that day. My mom was really happy. Some of my teachers came and a bunch of our friends. The Plunk family came with their service dog from 4 paws for Ability, Dante. Dante is a Papillion. Do you know how cut they are? Dante is black and white and adorable. He seems to really know "his boy", Matthew. When Matthew and his mom and sister left the room where we signing books...Dante "alerted" to Matthew's absence. That means, he noticed something. He kind of stood at attention, looking a the door where they left. My mom was holding his leash and she said she could feel that he was nervous when he couldn't see Matthew.
Chancer does this with Iyal, too. He'll follow him with his eyes when Iyal goes far away him. That's pretty cool.
The second book signing was on September 21st at the Walden Book store down at CNN Center in downtown Atlanta. I had to miss most of a school day becasue we were there for 3 hours! My good friend, Maddie's step mom, Ms. Kim arranged this for us. She is a producer for CNN on-line and she has a lot of connections! My mom loves talking to Ms. Kim because my mom used to be a producer, too. Ms. Kim is really helping us to get publicity. We need the publicity so that people find out about the book and want to buy it.
So now, my mom is talking a lot about Facebook and Bloggin and Twitter. It's kind of embarrasing.

My Cards!!!!!!! :)
My business cards are comming!!!!!!!!! And my book is getting published in two days and its going to arrive on Thursday :) Im sooo happy!!! : p
